Tekvision (BD) Limited, a new subsidiary of the Youngone Group, is a high-tech company focused on IT, software, and industrial automation. The nature of its operations, which involves valuable servers, data centers, and advanced electronics, requires a fire safety solution that is not only effective but also non-damaging to sensitive equipment. Pacific Tech & Engineering was chosen for this project based on our expertise in providing sophisticated, tailored fire protection for modern technology-driven facilities. Our team conducted a thorough and specialized risk assessment of the Tekvision facility, focusing on the unique challenges posed by a high-tech environment. Our custom-engineered solution included: Gas Suppression Systems: The core of our solution for Tekvision's server rooms and data centers was the installation of FM-200 or NOVEC 1230 gas suppression systems. These systems extinguish fires by interrupting the fire triangle without using water, ensuring that mission-critical hardware remains undamaged. Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus (VESDA): We installed highly sensitive VESDA systems to detect the presence of smoke particles at their earliest stage, allowing for an immediate, proactive response before a fire can fully develop. Integrated Fire Alarm & Detection Network: A smart, addressable fire alarm system was installed to provide precise location data for any fire or smoke event, ensuring a swift and targeted emergency response. Fire-Rated Doors and Passive Protection: To contain any potential fire and protect adjacent areas, we supplied and installed NAFFCO-certified fire-rated doors, a crucial component of the passive fire protection strategy. Water Mist Systems: In other non-critical areas, where a water-based solution was appropriate, we integrated high-efficiency water mist systems for rapid cooling and suppression.

The successful completion of the Tekvision (BD) Limited project showcases our ability to adapt and deliver specialized fire safety solutions for a new generation of industrial facilities in Bangladesh.
